December 2019
DECEMBER MEETING: The next regular meeting of the Page Township Board of Supervisors will be held on Monday, December 16th at 7:00pm at the Town Hall. The meeting agenda is posted as a .pdf in the Google Drive.
CANDIDATE FILING:
Any eligible voter residing in Page Township may file as a candidate
for Town Officer between December 31 and January 14. Positions to be
elected at the March 10, 2020 Township Election are: Supervisor A (3
year term), Supervisor C (1 year term), and Clerk (2 year term). There
is a $2 filing fee. Forms will be available in one of the boxes at the
Town Hall or from the Clerk. Additionally, the Hall will be open from
1:00 – 5:00pm January 14 for the purpose of filing.
SNOW PLOWING:
Snow season has officially begun. Page Township generally does not
dispatch the plow unless 3 inches of snow has fallen and it will not be
sent out in hazardous conditions. Drivers must yield to the plow and
exercise caution when traveling on unplowed roads.
- Any damage to a mailbox or other personal property from plow operations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. No mailboxes will be replaced unless they have proper swing-away posts.
- It is unlawful for residents or landowners to push snow onto or across any public right-of-way, including Township Roads.
PAST MEETINGS: Meeting minutes are posted online once they have been approved by the Supervisors at the subsequent meeting. October regular minutes are now posted in the Google Drive.
